我又做饭吃啦!
“包菜烧鸡肉”
包菜切段。

鸡肉,用一点点味淋(Mirin,一种日式调味料)和酱油拌味。

(小贴士:如果你像本人主张少油烹饪,记得煎鸡肉时要一边煎一边摇均锅子里的油,不然就会焦底啦!)

不用换锅,把包菜炒香。(这样包菜就有鸡肉香啦!)

最后,鸡肉铺在包菜上,而因为整道菜都没有调味,所以可以在鸡肉上面小淋一点耗油。、

空气中播放着淡淡の幸福
坦白说,吃了妈妈的菜最少30年,却没见过他拿包菜来炒鸡,这不会是失传已久的,李家庄包菜鸡 ?(在想,我妈是不是觉得他们不gap所以没有煮给我们吃)
包菜汤,包菜丝,...
最正是自己煮,可以做到少油少盐, 多健康~
